Our Ductile Iron Flow Control Valves are designed to provide accurate, stable, and automatic control of flow rate and downstream pressure across a wide range of water applications. Whether managing flow in municipal distribution, pressure zones, or industrial networks, these valves ensure consistent performance, energy efficiency, and long service life.
The valve’s internal hydraulic pilot system responds to real-time changes in pressure and flow, regulating valve opening without the need for external power. Manufactured with a robust ductile iron body and corrosion-resistant internals, these valves are ideal for demanding environments requiring minimal maintenance and reliable control.
KEY FEATURES
- Body Material: High – grade Ductile Iron (GGG50) for superior tensile strength, pressure handling and impact resistance.
- Hydraulic Control: Equipped with factory-calibrated hydraulic pilot system that responds to pressure and flow variations, maintaining set values.
- Valve Type: Diaphragm type own medium controlled valve for smooth, responsive control.
- Regulation Options: Constant Downstream Pressure Control, Flow Rate Control, Pump Control & Level Control for tanks & reservoirs.
- Pilot Valve Material:Stainless steel or brass pilot valves with corrosion-resistant tubing and fittings.
- Diaphragm/Seal Material:Reinforced EPDM diaphragm with excellent elasticity and chemical resistance
- Fail-Safe Design:Automatically closes or opens in the event of a pilot line or diaphragm failure.
- Coating: Fusion-Bonded Epoxy (FBE) internally and externally with minimum thickness of 250 microns for long-lasting corrosion protection in aggressive soil and water conditions.
- Flange Options:Available in PN10, PN16 or as per project specifications.
- Drinking Water Safe
- Wide Size Range:50mm to 800mm
- Hydraulic Tested:100% Pressure tested for body and seat leakage in accordance with international standards.
