Our Ductile Iron Resilient Seated Gate Valves are manufactured in accordance to BS:5163 and the Face to Face / Flange Drilling Dimensions are in conformity with IS:14846 (other drilling standards are also available on request).
Our Valves are engineered for long-term performance in demanding water supply, wastewater (free of solids and fibrous impurities), and fire protection systems. Manufactured from high-grade ductile iron and coated with a fusion-bonded epoxy both internally and externally, these valves offer exceptional strength, corrosion resistance, and durability.
Designed for underground and above-ground installation, these valves offer a cost-effective, low-maintenance solution without compromising on reliability.
KEY FEATURES
- Body Material: High – grade Ductile Iron (GGG50) for superior tensile strength, pressure handling and impact resistance.
- Coating: Fusion-Bonded Epoxy (FBE) internally and externally with minimum thickness of 250 microns for long-lasting corrosion protection in aggressive soil and water conditions.
- Wedge Design: Fully encapsulated EPDM wedge for drop-tight sealing and resistance to deformation, tearing, and aging.
- Wedge Nut: High-strength, corrosion-resistant stainless steel, securely embedded to prevent loosening during operation.
- Stem Material: Available in Rising &Non-rising stainless steel (SS420) with rolled threads for added strength and wear resistance.
- Stem Sealing: Triple O-ring sealing system for effective stem sealing under pressure
- Flange Options: Available in PN10, PN16 or as per project specifications.
- Operating Accessories: Compatible with extension spindles, handwheels, gearboxes, electric actuators, and underground operating systems.
- Drinking Water Safe
- Wide Size Range:40mm to 1200mm
- Hydraulic Tested: 100% Pressure tested for body and seat leakage in accordance with international standards.
